The Role
Position Title: Sales Assistant Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 4.5K all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Ajman, UAE About the Client: They are one of the leading jacking manufacturers in the UAE Job Description: ? Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material. ? Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events. ? Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers. ? Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time. ? Performing other admin tasks requested or critical to office operation.

Requirements
Qualifications: ? Open to Asian nationals ? 40 years old and below ? Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a related industry in the UAE, such as tools, equipment, repair services, etc. ? Candidates with UAE DL are preferred ? Must be knowledgeable in the MS Office ?
